Who says too much of a good thing is bad? At Milk and Honey Bee, we think it all comes down to what you invite into your personal space. And sure, the internet can be a pretty heavy arena, often filled with unsettling news reels and clickbait. But we believe the internet can be a place for rejuvenation, for information, and for salvation (amen!) in moments when you need a little “pick me up!” It all comes down to being mindful and intentional about which websites you choose to frequent, and we’ve compiled a list of our Top 5 Feel-Good Websites so that you can dip into some self-indulgence when the time calls.

Mantra Magazine

It’s pretty, it’s pink, and it’s bursting with beautiful, inspiring content that we just love. There is something comforting about reading relatable anecdotes and this is pretty much our favorite place to do it. Aside from the artistic *inspo* posters, the team at Mantra Wellness has a wealth of articles covering topics like Wellness, Nutrition, Self-Care, Health, Beauty, and more. Further, we appreciate that they’re always presenting information in a positive light, focused on the betterment of your personal world.

Good News Network

If you are still in the market to read news, but just want to avoid the deeply negative or misleading headlines, then the Good News Network is a great solution. Separated into categories like World, Inspiring, Animals and Heroes, it’s easy to navigate through the, well, good news of the day! From feel-good stories to articles about positive changes and developments in our rapidly expanding world, it’s a great way to ingest meaningful news that inspires as well as informs.

The Happiness Project Blog

Author Gretchen Rubin has discovered a thing or two about changing your life for the better. And she’s helped more than 2 million others learn the same through her acclaimed book, The Happiness Project. Her website continues the mission with messages about how to improve your life through mindful and intentional changes and introspection that practically all of us can act upon. Hovering over the websites “Explore” tab invites you to explore topics like productivity, relationships, energy, organization, creativity and more.

Good News Line

Good News Line offers a wealth of Christian-based videos from a variety of trusted sources. You can browse a huge selection of media, including videos, music, movies and shows that celebrate the Christian faith. As they say, “Our vision is to be a platform for all the churches, ministries, seminaries and individuals to register and upload trustworthy, honorable, and good content, while providing abundant bread of spiritual life for our visitors.”

TED Talks

TED (which stands for Technology, Entertainment and Design) is widely known and recognized acoss the globe as a source for meaningful discussions led by those with profound, first-hand knowledge and experience. Through recording their on-site conferences, the engineers of TED have given us all a front-row seat to powerful presentations that can make a major impression on your life. And while the platform has grown exponentially, their recorded presentations are still a powerful and succinct space to learn, grow and contemplate.
